I've been coming here forever and Georgia (the owner and I can't spell your last name) and her staff are excellent! They go above and beyond in customer service and are so kind. My sister and parents remain happy to be on the covid original vaccines and boosters (not to mention flu shots). We live in Mississauga and it's worth the drive. Better than any large scale chain stores. Thank you Maggie, the Matthews

Mathew at the pharmacy is rude, impolite, no manners and no education what so ever. This person would not be working in customer service at all, screams and hand up the phone on you. What kind of person is this? I want to talk to a manager please. If I talk to a customer the way he did to me and to my friend I am sure I would lose my job. He is frustrated, bitter, and he is not working in the right place. He should be fired.Thank you so much for your answer Mathew, but I think you should be honest with yourself. I understand that you are not having a good day but your work needs a person with care, honesty, love and empathy.Please understand that we are all in the same boat with this Covid situation but you know that you never gave me the opportunity to talk and you were screaming for no reason and you hang up the phone on me. I am not upset at all, I am sad because of you.I work with 300 passengers minimum and I love all of them. You should do what you preach before accusing your customers because thanks of us you have a job.In this new year I wish you happiness, empathy and a lot of love and honesty.

nice pharmacy has been around for a long time as you can tell. they do flu shots and its convenient for me. prices are not the greatest but they are a small shop so support local!

Front end staff are very unfriendly and lack any type of customer service. They don’t ask If you need a bag would you like your a receipt. they’re always too busy talking amongst them selves and it just makes you feel uncomfortable even going into the store. I only go if it’s the absolute last option and it’s an emergency other than that I got anywhere else except that pharmacy.

I came here to drop off my fed ex return and was met with the worst customer experience ever. From the second my wife and I walked in Kate immediately started trying to push us out the door. First it was the label not being taped on the box, then when we showed her we had the label and tape she used her super power of vision to determine that the box was to heavy without touching it. When we told her it was not actually that heavy and my wife as able to ift it with ease well then it was a problem of the shape of the box, Then it was a problem cause it's not getting picked up till Monday ( it's Friday a 3pm btw) no matter what Kate was not going to help us.And when I asked to speak to the manager she hit me with the ol I am the manager "line... So we went to the big box store and used there fed ex service. It's customer experiences like this that kill small businesses ."

I sent my son to get some of the free covid tests that the government says are available, and instead of telling him that they were not one of the suppliers of the free tests, they sold him $50 worth of tests, and then would not give a refund when he took them right back.

Have been a customer here for over 20yrs. The pharmacists are wonderful, and incredibly helpful. They always take the time to listen to concerns, offer sound advice. The rest of the crew is amazing as well. Definitely the best little pharmacy!

the employee (e.y.) is the best employee ever!! He seems passionate about customer service and I will definitely return here just to see him! He’s funny and brings me to a great mood even in my lowest point of my life. Please let him know what I wanted to thank him and please reward him with something good!!!!

The whole here staff is great, The pharmacy staff are all lovely, so friendly and if they can then they will help you. They are willing to help transfer your prescriptions if you need to do that in the future. They go Above and beyond for their clients. If you are on methadone please be respectful, be patient, because this place is so nice and clean, they treat you like human beings, unlike other pharmacies, which treat some patients like animals.Regards
