I had a great experience at the pharmacy. I went to get travel vaccines and the Pharmacy Manager Ronish was so helpful! Him and the rest of the team were very informative, and helped me get the proper vaccines necessary for my trip. Would highly recommend!

Always have had a great experience with staff especially with the people who had been making the medication packsBut lately nobody seems to be happy with their workHave had a few issues with medication lately, and the lady pharmacist was more than unhelpfulAt this point wondering what has made the drastic change in the wayCustomers are being treatedAnd considering changing my pharmacy it's kinda sad

I was the only customer in the store, and took my item to the cash to pay for it. The cashier was on the phone refusing to acknowledge me. He knew I was there, but didn't so much as look at me for several minutes. Finally (while still on the phone) he came and rang in my item, I requested one more item from behind the cash, but again I was ignored. The cashier instead rang in my item, slid the pinpad in front of me, and walked away to the far end of the counter to continue his phone call. I looked down, and the pinpad wasn't even ready. I walked out and went to the drugstore across the street. You have too much competition in the area to afford such horrible customer service.

The Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does Medical Arts Pharmacy take care of my prescriptions (and the occasional 6/49 ticket at the retail counter) they provide Flu Shots, Travel Immunization and an annual MedsCheck. They know me and my needs. I can't see myself going elsewhere, ever.

I would never go to this pharmacy again. Waited for months and months for my order (important medical supply) and called on a regular basis. 9 weeks later, after calling them for the 6th time and asking them for details on the status of my order the answer was, 'oops, we lost it, just come in again and make a new order'. They are badly organized and don't seem to care about their customers.

Medical Arts Pharmacy is a great local pharmacy in Kingston. They have helped me several times before and I have always been impressed by their unrivalled customer service. Today, they were able to expedite my compound prescription. Also, they are one of the few pharmacies in Kingston that does compound prescriptions!
